Day 30-34 - One Hundred Days of Celebrating BKS Iyengar

Day 30 - was a reflection day.  To go back to one or more of the previous poses and practice balance without overuse of physical strength.  Feel the breath and relax the mind.
B.K.S. Iyengar is quoted saying, "When you keep balance by strength, it is physical action; when by the intelligence of the bod, it is relaxation in action."
 
He also said, "If you use violence to balance, how will you convert it to non-violence?"
