Yoga aims to develop endurance, balance, strength and align the body correctly. Not only does yoga help to improve your physical wellbeing..but also your mental well being. Please check with your doctor before starting any practice, especially if you have prior health issue.
This past week I offered a few free Facebook live yoga classes. If you had a chance to view them I would love your feedback.

I really enjoyed them and could feel the positive energy from others even though not in the same room.
To keep the momentum going I created a new online offering of a 5 class yoga session to complement your yoga practice for a really reasonable price. I hope you will consider joining me for this endeavor. To keep costs low I am starting simple with the classes being offered on Facebook. I will teach on the dates below live, but you will have access for 6 months after. Payment can be by e-transfer, I will send you a receipt and add you to a secret Facebook Group. The poster below has all the dates and details and you can contact me also for more details.
If you choose to join at a later date that's ok too as the videos will be there, but I encourage you to take that step and join now!
I will continue to offer at least one FREE online class a month as I really do love to share the benefits of yoga with others and help the best I can to make yoga accessible to all! - the next FREE class is FEBRUARY 22nd - 7:15-8:00p.m.
