April peace practice - much gratitude

One Friday a month Yoga Sublime studio has donated space for a Peace Practice.

Class is by donation with monies raised going to a charity.

It is a class to promote inner peace, and loving kindness to one self and allowing yourself this time to relax and renew.
People can see the peacefulness in you and you can share this with those around you, near and far.

Last night was the Peace Practice for April.

The donation will go to the Prince Albert Children's Haven.

I hope you can join me in May. Monies raised that evening will be donated to the Prince Albert women's shelter.

Thank you again.

Mother's Day Morning class and Women's Health Classes

Attached are posters for a few upcoming special classes.

The Mother's Day Morning class is in Christopher Lake.  If you are from the city, don't let that stop you from attending.  It is a pretty drive in the early mornings of May.

You will be pampered with yoga, lunch and gifts.

I hope you can attend.  Pre-registration is required.

Join me Thursday's in June for a session on Women's Health at Yoga Sublime in Prince Albert.
Classes are designed to help balance hormones, improve sleep and improve vitality.
Pre-registration also required for this 4 week session.

Thank you.
