Refresh your yoga practice starting April 1st with a 10 Day Sadhana.
Every morning for 10 days I will do a facebook yoga class, each a little different that you can do with me or at your convenience. Set the intention today and join me to refresh and rejuvenate body, breath and mind.
I have added 2 extra classes to support you in your home practice. All classes will be available for 6 months.
I am helping my daughter raise money for wildlife and marine conservation. Money from this class will go to support 5 different charities.

In this workshop we will explore new ways to move, new ways to look at different asana and hopefully a new way to bring gratitude and joy into our everyday lives!
Yoga is a discipline, but it is not meant to forced or grim. There needs to be a sense of joy in our practice that is not based on completing one pose or challenge, but a joy we find from a deepening practice and from within ourselves.
All things take effort - let your dedication and perseverance bring a joyfulness..to each action.

This past year has been busy with wonderful new yoga retreats, trip to India to study and travels to Edmonton for workshops and to teach in front of my senior teachers. I will be heading back Edmonton in June and to Victoria in August for a week long teacher training as I have been preparing for my Intermediate Junior III assessment.
I will be looking to do a few mock assessments and need a few students who may be interested in helping me. If you are willing please let me know :)
