Day 7 - One Hundred Days of Celebrating BKS Iyengar
Today’s asana is Urdhva prasarita Eka padasana.
It is a combination really of a few poses from this past week.
Maintaining the firmness and steadiness of tadasana, into uttanasana which is also like pachimottanasana and includes balancing.
One must remove any hardness in the abdomin to be able to bend forward, yet retain their centre of gravity and balance.
