Day 10 - 100 Days of Celebrating BKS Iyengar
On Sunday's I like to include a longer restorative practice. It helps to balance the past and future and remain more rooted in the present.
Restorative practice may seem very simple when you say it, but BKS Iyengar said in Light on Yoga that this as the most difficult pose. It is not because it is hard for the body necessarily, but for the mind to relax.
