Today's pose is Urdhva Prasarita Padasana .
If bringing the arms overhead is to intense on the shoulders, then keep the arms by your sides.
Lift the hips on a blanket, block or bolster to take any strain off the back.
Relax the face, jaw and neck in this pose.
If feel strain in the back can also keep one knee bent and foot on the floor and just raise and lower one leg at a time.
Try to lift and lower the legs on the exhalation.
