This week's Weekly Wake-up includes so great hand/eye coordination to improve our balance as well as varying levels for improving strength and stamina.  After you go through the sequence a few times, try changing the sequence. Let the flow happen with your breath and notice when it becomes easier or harder and how the breath can help you.
