Daily I feel grateful for so many things, but began feeling maybe I wasn’t connecting as much I could to the deeper level of gratitude in some areas of my life.
I have seen quite a few monthly yoga challenges and at this time of year I really felt that a daily gratitude journal would be a great way to end 2019 and begin 2020. So I thought a gratitude challenge would maybe be inspiring to others too.
Here are my first few from this week that I have posted on Facebook and Instagram if you’re interested in joining the challenge too. You don’t have to post your daily gratitude thoughts but are welcome too if feel you’d like to.
