Celebrate Life
This little exercise below is from, The Tibetan Yoga of Breath: Breathing Practices for Healing the Body and Cultivation Wisdom. It is by Anyen Rinpoche & Allison Choying Zangmo.
It is my current book choice for a book review, so please see that blog or page for more about this great book.
Exercise 11 in How to Practice Breath Yoga:
At the end of your wind energy training, spend a few moments using the breath to channel this attitude of rejoicing.
P.87 says, "As you inhale, you can think, "How fortunate! My life lasted long enough to take this breath." As you exhale, you can think, "May I use the remainder of my life wisely.""
Celebrate Life, and rejoice that you have lived another day!
Namaste.
