Intelligence of the Heart
In an interview with Mr.Iyengar he says that at first we need to start each asana from what we perceive. Then after right perspective action, you conceive. After conceiving all points, deliver them in each asana and in each breath in pranayama. Move the intelligence of the head towards the intelligence of the heart and from the intelligence of the heart, perform the asana. Deliver the asana from the intelligence of the heart which is nothing but the Self.
I think once we begin to bring our actions, thoughts and deeds through the heart is when we begin to feel real peace, hope, courage, love and joy.
Namaste.
