Although I didn’t love the - 45, plus temperatures just doesn’t seem quite right :)
I wanted to send a few updates as we move into February.
Online and in-person classes continue and it is never to late to join!

The biggest news is that I have decided to not renew my website space at this time and go back to using my blog that I started way back in 2010.
It worked well as a great place to not only post upcoming classes and workshop, but also share poses, book reviews and other fun facts. All my old and still quite relevant posts are still there if you’re interested in some yoga reading.
