Below are some of the upcoming classes and workshops I will be teaching between now and mid- December.
Starting this Saturday I will be teaching a 5 week A.M. Eye Opener from 9-10:15am at Yoga Sublime studio.
There is a Family Yoga Class also on October 31st from 11-noon at the Prince Albert Arts Centre.

In December I will host a 3 hour workshop called Restore from the Core. Designed to refresh the body, breath and mind.
I will also host a winter solstice class in Prince Albert and in Christopher Lake.
