See the Whole Picture
Sometimes we tend to just look at things from one point of view...
our own.
Not realizing or wanting to remember that there really are many sides and stories to every picture.
Often when we are feeling upset or stressed we focus mainly on ourselves and how it is affecting our lives. This is when it is a good time to sit back, take a few breaths...and then a few more and consider what each person that you think is affecting you might be going through.
The results are often surprising. Whether we truly know what is going on in someone else's life or not, or if they had reasons to do what they did or not, pausing and breathing often brings us back to our true self and the fact that we control how we react and respond to each situation.
Taking a few minutes for ourselves allows us to see the whole picture correctly, not just how we want to see it.
So, I hope you will take a few moments for yourselves today and inside the Whole Picture I hope you see yourself with a smile.
Namaste.
