Free Yoga Classes - Saturday, February 23rd
Join me this Saturday - February 23rd for 3 Free Yoga Classes at PLN Yoga Studio in Prince Albert.
They are short, but if you are interested in trying out yoga, bringing a friend to yoga or even just getting in an extra class.

9:15-10:00 - Flow Yoga
10:15-11:00 - All Levels
11:15-Noon - Prenatal Yoga
